What Toddlers Are Learning

From activity time to play time, our lesson plans encourage your toddler to discover their interests.

Making Friends and Learning About Feelings

Your toddler will make new friends, play with others, and connect with teachers. They’ll learn about their own feelings and notice the feelings of others.

Building Brain Power and Strong Bodies

Sorting, counting, and measuring things help toddlers learn science and math. Our teachers support their physical skills like learning to walk or roll a ball.

Talking More and More

We’ll help your toddler learn new words by pointing to things and asking for them. They’ll scribble on paper and turn pages in books.

Exploring Art and Movement

Clay, drawing, movement, and dance help your toddler express themselves and be creative.

Inside a Toddler’s Day

Toddlers learn best when they’re having fun with caring teachers close by to guide them. Every day in our classrooms, your child will discover new skills, explore nature, engage in pretend play, practice problem-solving, get their wiggles out, and more!

Group Time

This is their time to come together as friends and teachers, talk about the day, and hear a storybook.

Mealtimes

Meals are free and enjoyed together! We never serve juice or fried foods—just healthy fruits and veggies, lean proteins, and whole grains.

Outdoor Playtime

Our class spends 20–30 minutes outside at least twice a day when the weather allows. This is a lot of fun for your busy toddler, as they learn to move.

Explore the Toddler Classroom

Everything in our classrooms is kid-sized! We put books and toys where your child can reach them and use labels and photos to help with early literacy. We hang pictures of families and friends to help everyone feel like they belong.
